I am a scientist with a PhD in biology, and a qualified teacher of biology – the best subject in the world!

My Journey

My journey in biology began at a young age, inspired by the wonders of the natural world. I pursued my passion academically, earning a PhD in Biology from University of Ljubljana, Slovenia. During my doctoral studies, I conducted extensive research in ecotoxicology of mercury in rivers, which deepened my understanding and appreciation for the intricate mechanisms of life.

Teaching Experience

With over ten years of experience teaching biology, both as a professor and later as a secondary teacher, I have had the privilege of working with students of various ages and backgrounds. I believe that every student has the potential to excel in biology with the right guidance and support.
